Jackson Hole Closing Day 2014
The locals had plenty of reasons to celebrate this season at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort . Mid-winter conditions marked the final day of operations on April 6th, and after nearly hitting 500" total snowfall for the year, closing day was filled with face shots and deep powder turns up top. Aprés activities kicked off at the “Why Not”, a make shift bar out of bounds complete with a firepit, fireworks and Fireball. Around 5pm the colorful crowd moved down to the Village with DJ Richiebeats keeping the dance party going at the base of the tram where the snow continued to fall. Then the celebration went deep into the night as the sky finally cleared and the stars shone down to wrap up an amazing season in Jackson. If you’ve never experienced closing day in Jackson, it’s an event not to be missed.
